Information we collect

When you join the SupaLottie waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We also record that the signup came from the landing page so we can understand how the waitlist is being used.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information included in your message and the email address you use to send it.

How we use information

• Manage the early-access waitlist and send product invitations.
• Share relevant product updates when you have asked to receive them.
• Answer support, privacy, and legal requests.
• Protect the service, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use Supabase to store and process waitlist submissions. We may also rely on hosting, email, and infrastructure providers that process limited information only to provide their services to SupaLottie.

We do not sell personal information. We do not allow service providers to use waitlist information for their own advertising.

Retention and security

We keep waitlist information only while it is reasonably needed to manage early access, communicate with you, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your waitlist information.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No online service or storage method can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information associated with your email. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy of your information.

To make a request, email hello@supalottie.com using the address connected to your waitlist entry. We may need to verify your request before completing it.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate measures intended to protect information transferred across borders.

Children

SupaLottie is intended for product teams and creators, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the waitlist. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.

Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product and our data practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date above.
