Info Terms
Clear rules for making things move.
These Terms explain the ground rules for the SupaLottie website, waitlist, early access, and exported animation packs.
Last updated: July 28, 2026Accepting these terms
These Terms apply when you access the SupaLottie website, join the waitlist, or use an early-access version of the product. By using those services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use SupaLottie for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
The early-access service
SupaLottie is being developed as a tool for creating branded mascots and multi-state dotLottie animation packs. Early-access features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be unavailable at times.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific invitation date, or that every previewed feature will be released.
Accounts and access
If an account is required, you must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You may not share access in a way that bypasses product limits, security controls, or an applicable subscription.
Your content
You retain ownership of brand colors, prompts, artwork, and other material you submit. You grant SupaLottie a limited permission to host, process, modify, and display that material only as needed to provide and improve the requested service.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate another person or organization’s rights.
SupaLottie content
The SupaLottie product, website, software, interface, branding, templates, and underlying systems are owned by SupaLottie or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, you may use animation files validly exported for your own products, client work, and marketing. You may not resell or redistribute the builder, templates, or source systems as a competing standalone service.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security and usage controls except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.
Third-party services
SupaLottie may rely on third-party services for hosting, data storage, authentication, animation playback, and integrations. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and disclaimers
The website and early-access product are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupaLottie disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You are responsible for testing exported files in your own React Native, Flutter, web, or other production environment before release.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupaLottie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities resulting from use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address harmful activity. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as SupaLottie develops. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
